We offer three options: a half-day trip, a full-day trip, and an overnight trip.

Full-day trips provide an ideal experience. Running from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm, we are able to reach good fishing spots or move around to find the fish.

Half-day trips run from 7:00 am to noon, and 1:00 pm to 6:00 pm. These trips are convenient if your time is limited, but unfortunately, we cannot always get to the best fishing spots because of the running times.

Rocky Island beach

For a truly memorable experience, try one of our overnight trips. This option is becoming more popular every year. Leaving at 7:00 am on the first day, you'll have two full days of fishing, and an overnight stay on one of the Apostle Islands. Return time is 3:00 or 4:00 pm on the second day.

Your overnight stay will normally be at the historic Rocky Island fishing settlement, where you can hike the trails, beachcomb, or just relax. We'll serve you a steak dinner with all the fixings, and a continental breakfast in the morning.

Our trips begin in the picturesque fishing village of Bayfield, located near Wisconsin's northernmost tip. Bayfield offers a wide variety of accommodations, from comfortable motels to elegant bed-and-breakfasts. Opportunities for shopping and dining are equally abundant.

Leaving from our dock near the foot of Third Street, we soon pass legendary Madeline Island, wending our way through the famed Apostle Islands archipelago. Depending on our route to the fishing grounds, we may pass their majestic lighthouses or scenic sea caves.
